Description

The Hobart 00-819298 Gas Griddle Safety Valve operates by using an electrically energized solenoid mechanism to control the flow of liquid propane through the connected supply line. The valve opens or closes according to the electrical signal from the griddle's control circuit, regulating flow during the heating cycle. It is placed within the supply assembly of compatible commercial gas griddle equipment and connects through the 3/8" FPT inlet or outlet fittings.
