Description

The Hobart 00-840343-00001 Safety Control Valve NG 1/2" FPT IN X 3/4" FPT Out 120 V is used to manage the flow of natural gas with commercial cooking systems by responding to signals from the pilot assembly and thermocouple. It generates the input needed to keep the valve open and allow gas to reach the main burner system. If the pilot flame goes out or the signal is disrupted the valve automatically closes to stop further gas movement through the line. Its side outlet configuration channels gas to designated internal connections as part of the system gas control assembly and operating sequence during startup, shutdown, and heating cycles.
