The Hobart 00-913153 Thermostat Kit with knob and screws is a temperature control part that is used in commercial cooking equipment. It controls the heating component in the appliance enabling it to be adjusted accurately between 200°F and 400°F to provide a consistent cooking temperature. The thermostat is placed on the control panel directly and in cooperation with other internal parts to make the appliance work safely and efficiently. This kit has all the hardware needed to fit it, and it applies to maintenance or replacement of several Hobart cooking systems.
