Description

The Hatco 02.13.111.00 Rheostat regulates the amount of electrical current supplied to compatible heating parts by varying the resistance within the control circuit. With an adjustable resistance range of 150–200 ohms, it allows the heating output to be increased or decreased through manual control during equipment operation. This is mounted behind the control panel of compatible commercial food warming equipment, where it connects to the electrical control system. It operates with the heating elements and associated controls to manage heat levels throughout operation.
