The Hatco 02.19.017.00 Infinite Switch Kit regulates the amount of heat produced by the constant adjustment of the electrical current to the heating unit as the control dial is rotated. The switch is connected to the wiring of the appliance and is mounted to the back of the control panel where the dial connects to the internal mechanism. The infinite switch is positioned on the front panel of the equipment and it enables the temperature to be smoothly regulated during cooking or warming cycles. This position allows the operator to regulate the amount of heat easily.
