Description

The Scotsman 02326601 Ice Machine Water Reservoir stores water for the ice-making cycle while the float monitors the water level and signals the control system when refilling is required. It works with the machine's water inlet parts to maintain the specified water level before water is circulated over the evaporator during ice production. This water reservoir and float assembly is installed inside compatible ice machines as part of the water management system. It is positioned near the water inlet and evaporator assembly within the equipment cabinet.
