The Blodgett 04887 Chain/Turnbuckle Assembly is an essential component for operation of the baking conveyor in ovens including models FDG 100, 200, 300, EF/EZE, FA/GZL, RE, and Mark V. The assembly is a chain and a turnbuckle and baking pans are guided very seamlessly through the oven with the chain, then baked in even heat and produce the same results every time. The turnbuckle is easy to adjust chain tension, so that the conveyor speed is optimum and slippage or excessive damage is prevented. It keeps baking times consistent and prevents the oven and baked better from being damaged.
