The Jackson 05340-112-01-11 Dishmachine Retaining Ring is used to clamp a part onto a shaft or a bore by snapping into the machined groove. It is designed in the form of springs to be flexible when being installed, and then regains its shape to ensure that parts will not slide out of place. This retaining ring is installed in the grooves of shafts, pins, or housings of the assemblies of mechanical or foodservice equipment. It is fitted to particular diameters and groove sizes. The open-ended design can be installed using conventional retaining ring pliers.
