Description

The Garland 077192-1 Thermostat is a temperature-control part with an operating range of 150° to 550°F. It detects the temperature of compatible cooking equipment and controls the heating circuit based on the set temperature. Once the temperature is reached, it will switch between electrical states, which will regulate heat production, and then react to the temperature change again. It is placed in the right control assembly and links the temperature of the cooking chamber to the cooking system, and it is designed to keep the desired cooking temperature while it is running.
