Description

The Oliver Products 0797-0029-1SET Bread Slicer Bread Blades Set of 32 Type A cut bread loaves by passing sharp edges through the loaf as the carriage passes through the blade set. The blades are aligned in the set to cut the bread at regular intervals at which the slicer cuts. This entire arrangement of blades is inserted into the blade carriage or holder of compatible bread slicers and constitutes the cutting surface. It is designed to be used as a replacement in case the blades are dull, bent, or damaged, and it is used to restore the normal slicing performance.
