Description

The Frymaster 08239426 Fryer Fry Pot Cover 15-1/8" X 20-5/8" SS replacement lid is used with compatible commercial appliances. It is placed over the fry pot to aid in heat retention, reduce debris contamination and aid in maintaining uniform cooking conditions. The cover is installed directly on the tank, and it is used together with the heating system of the unit to retain the temperature of the oil and enhance the efficiency of the fryer.
