The Star Mfg 2R-Z6850 Bun Warmer Knob 1-3/4 inch OD, 0.250 inch stem is used to turn the control shaft to change the settings on the bun warmer. It operates by sliding over the.250" stem such that when the knob is turned, the attached control moves to the desired position. This knob is attached to the front control panel of the warmer and is kept in such a way that the pointer or indicator is pointing to the temperature or setting scale. It has a diameter that is compatible with standard panel openings.
