The Jade Range 100-125-000 Cast Iron Radiant is a long lasting and high quality part suitable for Jade Broilers such as JB, JCB, JSRB and JTRH. This cast iron radiant measures 19-1/2” x 4-1/8”W x 2-1/4”H, has a 1/4” high V-top for uniform heat distribution and durability. It comes with cast iron which improves heat retention hence the performance in terms of heat and energy. Designed for professional use in commercial kitchens, it ensures consistent heat distribution, minimizes hot zones and gives you deliciously grilled food every time.
