It works by passing a current to the safety or ignition system in the presence of a flame, which will make the gas appliances work correctly. This sensor is designed to be installed in the ovens, burners, or any other cooking appliances and is installed directly in the flame line but can be installed anywhere in the combustion chamber of the appliance to ensure proper detection.
