Description

The Garland 1005588 Oven Bottom 26" X 28-3/4" is used as the main interior floor panel, which takes the heat generated by the burners and disseminates it throughout the cooking area. This metal part is used as a shield that keeps the drippings of food off the heating elements directly, but keeps the thermal mass constant. The section is firmly seated in the bottom of the oven cavity, and it lies directly over the flame or electric coils to form a flat surface on which pans and racks can be set up.
