Description

The Southbend 1010401 Thermostat uses a bulb to detect changes in temperature and regulate the heating cycle to reach the desired temperature. The 3/16" x 14-1/4" bulb swells or shrinks depending on the amount of heat, and sends a signal to the thermostat to control the amount of energy flowing accordingly. This thermostat will fit a 1/2" FPT connection and is often mounted to commercial ovens or other parts to control internal temperatures to an exact degree. Its long bulb design enables it to be installed in spaces that need accurate thermal control, and it will maintain the same performance in the cooking conditions.
