The Groen 101145 Rotary Shaft Seal will be used in commercial cooking part. This component attaches to a rotating shaft in which it makes a close seal between the moving parts and the housing. The 3/8-32 threaded connection and hex shape enables easy installation and the seal material prevents any leakages of water, steam or any other fluid when the shaft is rotating. The integrated switch boot seal is also used in additional protection of electrical switch components against moisture and contaminants. The seal is applied to steam kettles and other commercial cooking appliances operating on rotary systems and in need of hardy sealing systems.
