The Garland 1014900 Griddle Burner is a commercial cooking griddle burner made of cast iron with dimensions of 20” x 5 3/8”. It works by using an air shutter system for better combustion and distribution of heat makes it suitable for griddling of a number of foods like pancakes, burgers and vegetables.
