Description

The TurboChef 102804 Right Hinge supports controlled rotational movement between the attached access section and the adjacent frame through a fixed pivoting connection. Mounted on the right side, it establishes the orientation required for the attached section to follow its intended travel path during opening and closing. A commercial cooking appliance is based on the turning joint to transfer mechanical force between stationary and moving sections without interrupting the pivoting action. The rotating connection defines the direction of travel from the mounting place, allowing the attached section to return to the same resting position after each movement.
