The Blodgett 10392 Oven Thermostat Knob 2-1/2" DIA 300-650°F is a temperature controller that is used to regulate the heat level by spinning the dial to make the pointer point to the required level of heat. This is mounted on the operator panel of the appliance to be accessed directly when using it. It has a degree scale that is distinctly marked between 300°F and 650°F to make the adjustments consistent. The 2-1/2-inch round diameter design can be turned manually. Its black finish and plain design are comparable to standard commercial heating control assemblies.
