Description

The American Range 10425 Safety Valve W/Magnet Head J-Type CCT TS is a gas safety valve that controls fuel flow to a compatible burner assembly. It features a 1/4-inch NPT connection and a 3/16-inch J-type connection with a magnetic head for the safety circuit. The valve installs in the gas supply line leading to the burner and interfaces with the pilot and temperature sensing arrangement. When the required pilot condition is established the magnetic mechanism permits gas flow through the valve. If the safety signal is lost the valve closes the gas passage to interrupt fuel delivery and stop burner operation.
