Description

The Cleveland 105965 Convection Steamer Solenoid Valve 3/4" Steam 120V is an electrically operated valve for use in compatible systems. Regulates the flow of steam by opening and closing as a result of signals from the control system during cooking cycles. It works by a solenoid coil that is energized to move an internal plunger and control the flow of steam through the line. It is used between connected piping components in the steam supply system of the steamer.
