The Imperial 106-3 Thermostat with Dial BJWA detects temperature changes through its 3/16-inch by 11-5/8-inch sensing bulb, while the 48-inch capillary tube transfers the temperature response to the control mechanism. The adjustable dial allows temperature selection from 150°F to 400°F, enabling the thermostat to cycle the heating system as the selected setting is reached. This part is installed behind the control panel of compatible commercial cooking equipment, with the sensing bulb positioned inside the heated compartment for continuous temperature monitoring during operation.
