Description

The Frymaster 1061637SP Gas Fryer Cover Assembly SR 35/40/50 SR42/52 is a tempered steel lid designed to isolate commercial appliances during non-cooking intervals. It works by forming a complete barrier over the open frypot, which isolates the cooking oil from ambient oxygen and airborne contaminants to decelerate oil degradation. This metal shield is positioned horizontally on top of the frypot opening when the cooking equipment is turned off or cooling down. The structure features a front-facing handle grip that allows the user to lift the cover away, keeping dust, moisture, and kitchen debris out of the shortening between active frying shifts.
