The Frymaster 1061908SP Pilot Burner Dom Thermopile Assembly creates a tiny pilot flame and provides a millivolt signal for the gas valve operation in commercial fryer systems. It works on a thermopile element that changes heat from the pilot flame into electrical energy that assists in holding the gas flow control during the heating cycle. This pilot assembly is to be placed inside gas fryers meant for use in restaurants, concession kitchens, and other foodservice operations. It should be placed at the burner location where ignition is reached, along with flame detection and gas control activation during frying.
