Description

The Frymaster 108-1305 Fryer Electric Lov Airflow Board works on the concept of monitoring the internal thermal conditions and controlling the cooling fans to ensure the most favorable operating temperatures of sensitive components. This circuit board converts sensor data into voltage changes to make sure that air passes through the cabinet at a constant rate to prevent the accumulation of heat in the cabinet during intense frying intervals. The module must be properly installed by attaching it to the mounting bracket that is fitted in the electrical component manifold at the back of the front access panel.
