Description

The Globe 1084 Slicer Knife Gear Nylon is used to transmit rotational motion in the drive system of a commercial appliance. As the motor shaft of the it rotates this gear interlocks with other drive parts to change and pass motion to the knife assembly such that slicing action takes place. This nylon gear is fitted into the internal drive housing of the slicer with the motor pinion and other gears and is usually placed close to the blade drive mechanism of the slicer.
