The Southbend 1099002 Oven Pilot Adjustment Valve regulates the amount of gas that passes to the pilot burner by rotating an adjustable screw that changes the size of the gas opening, which enables one to set the pilot flame to a specific height. The adjustment mechanism closes or opens the internal valve as the adjustment mechanism is turned to alter the quantity of gas supplied to the pilot assembly. It has a 1/8 inch MPT inlet and a 1/4" compression outlet with a 1-3/16" body width. This valve is installed in the gas supply line.
