The Kason 11245000048 Reversible Cam Lift Hinge works by enabling a door to pivot without scraping as it opens, lifting slightly. It is also equipped with a cam mechanism that fits into the hinge pin to allow it to move and be positioned appropriately during use. This hinge is designed to be used on commercial refrigeration and foodservice doors and it is simply attached to the door frame to allow the door to move correctly and fit into tight areas. The reversible design can be installed on left- or right-handed doors and is therefore flexible to a wide range of applications.
