The Hobart 11356 Safety Valve LP Gas MAX 1/2" FPT 14" WC is used as a protective gas control part in other compatible equipment that it runs on. Fitted in the fuel line of the appliance, it will automatically cut off gas in case of extinction of the pilot flame. It is used to work with thermocouples and ignition systems to ensure stable gas flow and heating conditions. It is usually used in commercial kitchens and allows them to meet the safety standards and operate. When the valve damage impairs fuel control, it has to be replaced.
