The Star Mfg 115347 Stratford Control Assembly is an electrical module used in compatible foodservice equipment to manage, and coordinate heating, and operational control, which operates through an integrated wiring harness, and control interface. It operates by receiving input signals from temperature, and operational controls then distributing regulated electrical outputs to heating, and system components to maintain proper cycle sequencing during equipment operation.
