Description

The Dynamic Cooking Systems 12027 Burner Assembly Cast Iron distributes gas through three concentric rings to create an even flame pattern for cooking applications. Gas flows through the burner ports, where ignition produces controlled heat across the entire 12" diameter surface for consistent burner operation. This assembly is commonly installed in commercial cooking equipment such as ranges, stockpot units and heavy-duty gas appliances where direct heat output is required. The cast iron construction supports repeated exposure to high cooking temperatures during kitchen use.
