The Hobart 120560-1 Knob 2" DIA converts the rotary hand movement to the controlled adjustment of a rotary shaft or control stem that turns into the required operating position. The round profile enables easy grip and rotation, which sends the manual input to the internal mechanism to make the changes. It is commonly installed on the front panel or control surface of compatible foodservice equipment where it has to be adjusted frequently. The better contact area with the centered bore is in line with standard shafts.
