The Frymaster 1247 Skimmer #12 Fine Mesh is used to remove small particles and debris in fryer oil to assist in keeping the fryer clean and of quality. It works with in the fine mesh net to trap the crumbs and solids and allow the oil to pass through when skimming. The skimmer is operated manually and is controlled by the 13" handle and moved over the fryer oil. It is one of the maintenance tools of the fryer.
