Manufacturer:
The ROYAL RANGE 1302 Jet Burner W/18 Duck JETS is used to create a concentrated flame pattern through multiple jet ports around the burner head. The gas flows through separate jet openings, mixes with air before ignition, and produces multiple points of ignition that spread the heat over the burner surface. The combustion output is distributed evenly by the 8" jet outlets creating a consistent flame spread and heating of the cooking zone in the burner body in a circular shape. This jet burner fits into the burner compartment of compatible commercial cooking units.
