The Allpoints 1331207 Broiler 2 Burner Add On is a long lasting steel cooking part that is ideal for broiling. Measuring 24 inches in length, 11 3/4 inches in width, it has two burners that distribute heat evenly across your cooking area. They have pull out drawer which prevents grease build up and the product is made from 10-gauge steel for added durability. It is suitable for use in the commercial kitchen because it enables efficient broiling in the kitchen. To avoid warping, it is advised to heat both burners at the same time. This product should not be used on electrical equipment.
