Description

The APW 13802-00 Holding Cabinet Safety Thermostat 36" CAP is a temperature safety control used with compatible commercial holding cabinets. It is installed within the heating control circuit with the sensing bulb positioned to monitor cabinet temperature. The thermostat responds to temperature changes and switches the connected electrical circuit when the monitored condition reaches its designated limit. It works with the heating elements and associated controls to regulate or interrupt heat production according to the safety circuit. The sensing mechanism provides temperature feedback while the electrical contacts control the heating circuit during normal holding cabinet operation.
