The Franklin Chef 142382 Burner Valve 3/8-27 Outlet 1/8 NPT Inlet is utilized to adjust the flow of the fuel to a burner by controlling the flow of the internal valve mechanism. It works by opening the fuel path when it is turned on and closing the fuel path when it is turned off to allow the flow of gas or liquid fuel to pass through the burner assembly. This valve is installed in the fuel line, and it is between the inlet source and the burner fitting. Its threaded connections can be fitted with standard fittings.
