The Duke 155695 Hot Food Pan is an amber polycarbonate food pan ideal for use in a wide temperature range starting from -40°C up to +190°C. It is portable and can be locked from either handle. Suitable for cold, warm, hot and steamed foods, it is ideal for commercial kitchen or buffet services. This plan has been approved by NSF and is also strong enough to withstand impacts, therefore it is suitable for everyday use. It works with the FWM3-24 and Prince Castle Series DHB.
