Globe 1671 Screen Mesh Grill 12/Pkg

The commercial grill cleaning mesh pad is intended for cleaning hot grill and griddle surfaces to remove stubborn grease, food that has been burned and carbon buildup. It does so by employing a textured abrasive mesh that removes residue and aids in the restoration of a cleaner cooking surface. These pads will come in a 12 pack for use in a busy commercial kitchen where grills are used all day and require frequent cleaning. With constant cooking on high heat, layers of grease and carbon build up over time, resulting in less heat transfer and cooking inconsistencies. The result is that cleaning is more difficult and less effective when done using traditional cleaning tools. A new mesh pad ensures a better cleaning performance, cooking performance and keeps grill surfaces in good condition. These pads are typically used in restaurants, diners and commercial kitchens with heavy-duty flat-top grills and griddles.
