Description

The Henny Penny 16928 Electric Pressure Fryer Steam Safety Relief Valve provides automatic pressure protection by releasing excess hot air when internal levels exceed a preset limit. It operates by opening at a preset pressure threshold, allowing steam to escape through a calibrated internal passage to prevent over accumulation within the chamber. Installed at the designated 1/2" NPT port on the pressure vessel assembly it threads directly into the valve mounting point, and interfaces with the pressure regulation system. This configuration maintains controlled internal pressure levels stabilizes steam balance during operation, and supports consistent pressure cycling in commercial cooking processes.
