Description

The Blodgett 17000 Temperature Formed Probe is a temperature sensing component used in commercial cooking equipment such as that found in restaurants, bakeries, and commercial kitchens. It measures internal appliance temperatures and sends feedback to the control system to support regulate heating cycles during operation. The probe is shaped for formal installation within the oven chamber or duct area, allowing accurate heat detection under continuous cooking conditions. Installed as part of the temperature monitoring system, it supports controlled thermal regulation, and assists in maintaining consistent performance in commercial food preparation applications.

Dimensions:

  • Length: 1 in
  • Height: 1 in
  • Width: 1 in

Monitors temperature conditions within compatible Blodgett equipment and provides the sensing input required for temperature control and regulation. The Blodgett 17000 Temperature Formed Probe detects changes in operating temperature and sends the corresponding feedback to the control system. Its formed design allows the probe to fit within the designated sensing location while maintaining proper positioning during equipment operation. When the existing probe becomes inaccurate, damaged, or unresponsive, temperature control can become inconsistent. Installing the correct probe can help restore reliable temperature sensing and stable equipment operation.

Equipment Compatibility:
Designed for use with Blodgett equipment requiring the specified temperature formed probe for temperature sensing and control.

Product Specifications:
Manufacturer: Blodgett
Part Number: 17000
Product Type: Temperature Formed Probe

Key Features:

  • Provides temperature sensing input for equipment control.
  • Features a formed probe design for the designated installation position.
  • Uses heat-resistant construction for high-temperature applications.
  • Includes an integrated mounting interface for secure positioning.
  • Supports temperature monitoring and regulation during equipment operation.

Temperature readings had become inconsistent, making it difficult to maintain the desired operating conditions. After installing the formed probe, the sensing response became more reliable and temperature control returned to a stable operating range.
