The Keating 17370 Griddle Thermostat Kit allows temperature control from 200 to 550°F with its 5/16" x 3-1/2" bulb and accompanying components such as a 30" cap and control knob alongside dial plate and bulb shield and sleeving and shrink tube and screws and terminals for installation. The kit delivers accurate temperature regulations which enhances both cooking productivity and result consistency. This partfunctions perfectly with Keating 60 X 30 BLD griddles and Miraclean 2000 models to help improve kitchens achieve their better cooking results.
