The Duke 175357 Flexible Batch Broiler Side Grease Pan is a grease collection part that is compatible with commercial systems. Gathers grease, drippings, and cooking residue generated during broiling, keeping the inside of the equipment cleaner. It was placed under the cooking space and allowed grease to drip into a convenient collection area for easy removal and cleaning.
