The Duke 175444WELD Loader is a broiler-loading part that is used to raise and lower food trays or racks inside a broiler through the use of a mechanical lever system that attaches the loading platform to the broiler. The lever is used to move the platform up or down and the trays to the required level of cooking. This loader is mounted directly into the broiler and fits into existing mounting places so that it can fit into the structure of the unit, and the trays or racks can be easily adjusted during the cooking process.
