The Duke 175534 Broiler Sensor Lower Burner 5" Long FBB monitors the amount of heat inside a broiler to control the amount of flame generated and keep the cooking temperatures consistent. It works by keeping a check on the burner area and indicating changes when there is a temperature change. This sensor is installed to fit the lower part of the broiler and is designed to fit directly into the burner assembly to ensure it fits properly and works correctly. Its small size of 5" enables it to be easily used in the current broiler systems.
