Manufacturer:
The Blodgett 17857 Black Rocker electrical Switch single pole double throw for use in commercial kitchen equipment, especially in ovens. This switch has a black durable rocker design and is usually used to switch the power supply to the oven heating elements. When it is activated, the switch in turn connects the power source with the conducting circuit to which the oven is intended to heat. The switch is in the off position and interrupts the power supply so the oven won’t operate.
