The Comstock Castle 18030 Right-Hand Channel is intended for the removal of grease and dirt from flat-top griddle to increase cleanliness and easy maintenance of kitchens. Measuring about 30 inches in length and right-handed, it fits different griddle models, the FHP and SC series included. It operates mainly to transport the grease smoothly to a receptacle point so that there is no remains of grease accumulating in the place being used for cooking which compromises cleanliness.
