Description

The Henny Penny 18726 Solenoid Coil generates a magnetic field when electrical current passes through it enabling the operation of a connected valve or actuator. It is based on the concept of electromagnetic force acting on the mechanism in the electric motor which is the cause of its motion. This coil is used on commercial foodservice equipment to control valve activation in 208/240-volt, 50Hz systems. It is mounted directly on the solenoid assembly so that it comes into contact with the parts of the valve.
