Description

The Blodgett 18768 Convection Oven Wire Rack Chrome enables the air to move around the food by providing an open grid surface that holds pans and trays in the process of cooking. It is placed in the rack of the oven so that the convection heat can be able to enclose the load in an even manner. The rack is made to fit in the compatible convection ovens, which measure 20-7/8" by 28-1/4" to fit the interior of the appliance.
